FIDJIENS is a travelling kitchen. We go where the festivals are, cook what the world taught us, and serve it straight from the fire.
What we believe
Honest ingredients
No shortcuts. Every marinade, every sauce, every spice blend is made from scratch. We source locally wherever we land and bring the rest from home.
Recipes with roots
Every dish on our menu has a place it comes from. We don't invent fusions for the sake of it — we cook things the way they were meant to be cooked, then bring them to you.
The street is the kitchen
Street food is the most democratic food there is. No dress code, no reservation, no pretension. Just good food, made in front of you, eaten standing up.
